Job summary

Libran IT is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major Source to Pay transformation program in Sydney. The role requires senior hands-on leadership, governance, and clear stakeholder communication to drive testing through critical delivery stages.

You will own the test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting, collaborating with business, technology, vendor, and program teams in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Test Manager leading testing in complex enterprise transformations.
• Experience leading testing for Source to Pay or SAP Ariba implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies, governance, planning, execution, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end testing function for an in-flight Source to Pay transformation program.
• Develop, manage, and execute the overall test strategy, test plans, schedules, and delivery approach.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major Source to Pay transformation program currently in flight within a large enterprise environment.

This is a senior, hands-on test leadership role requiring someone who can quickly take ownership of an established testing function, assess the current position, and drive testing through the critical stages of program delivery. You will be accountable for test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, governance, and stakeholder reporting, working closely with business, technology, vendor, and program teams.

Previous experience leading testing across Source to Pay, SAP Ariba, procurement, or comparable enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable. The environment requires someone resilient, proactive and solutions-focused who can operate autonomously, communicate clearly, and work with a genuine sense of urgency.

Contract Summary

• Work Model: Hybrid – typically 2–3 days per week in the office, potentially 3–4 days during peak delivery periods

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end testing function for an in-flight Source to Pay transformation program.
• Develop, manage, and execute the overall test strategy, test plans, schedules, and delivery approach.
• Lead testing across relevant Source to Pay processes, applications, integrations, and business workflows.
• Coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Manage test resources and ensure teams remain focused on critical milestones and delivery outcomes.
• Establish clear testing priorities, dependencies, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates.
• Lead defect management, triage, prioritisation, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Proactively identify testing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints and drive them through to resolution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, project teams, and subject matter experts.
• Provide clear and concise testing status, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior program stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities remain aligned with the broader program schedule and critical implementation milestones.
• Drive accountability across testing teams and stakeholders to ensure agreed actions and deadlines are achieved.
• Operate autonomously with minimal supervision and take full accountability for testing outcomes.
• Maintain strong testing governance, documentation, traceability, and quality assurance throughout delivery.
• Adapt to changing priorities and increased delivery demands during critical testing and implementation periods.
• Key Technologies / Domain: Source to Pay (S2P), SAP Ariba, Procurement Systems, Enterprise Integrations, Test Management, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Defect Management.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience as a Test Manager leading testing across complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Previous experience leading testing for a Source to Pay or SAP Ariba implementation is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies, governance, planning, execution, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing complex testing involving multiple applications, integrations, vendors, and business teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong defect management, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery governance capability.
• Proven ability to take ownership of an existing or in-flight testing function and quickly establish control and priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and accountability across internal teams and third parties.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction.
