We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager who can operate in a true consulting-and‑doing role — shaping strategy while also delivering outcomes on the ground.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess the client’s current testing capability and maturity
• Define and implement improvements across testing practices, processes, and tooling
• Act as a trusted advisor — consulting with stakeholders on what to do and why
• Lead and execute testing activities across complex systems and integrations, including Billing/ Payroll systems, Finance platforms, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise and integration-heavy environments
• Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on testing delivery where required
