Job summary

Libran IT is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major Source to Pay transformation program in Sydney. The role requires senior hands-on leadership, governance, and clear stakeholder communication to drive testing through critical delivery stages.

You will own the test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting, collaborating with business, technology, vendor, and program teams in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Test Manager leading testing in complex enterprise transformations.
• Experience leading testing for Source to Pay or SAP Ariba implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies, governance, planning, execution, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end testing function for an in-flight Source to Pay transformation program.
• Develop, manage, and execute the overall test strategy, test plans, schedules, and delivery approach.
• Lead testing across Source to Pay processes, applications, integrations, and business workflows.
• Coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing activities.
• Manage test resources and ensure teams meet milestones and delivery outcomes.
• Establish testing priorities, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates.
• Lead defect management, triage, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and drive them to resolution.
