Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking an experienced QA lead to drive testing across SIT, UAT, regression and production readiness. You will develop strategies, implement QA frameworks and ensure cross-functional alignment with program managers, architects and product owners in an Agile/Vendor-led delivery setup.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing of complex integrations, APIs and data flows, with a focus on risk management, reporting and team growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading testing and QA delivery within large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression and release testing.
• Hands-on Jira, Azure DevOps or similar testing and defect management tools.
• Experience testing complex integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile and vendor-led delivery environments.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Management certification is highly regarded.
• Telecommunications experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, regression and production readiness activities.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans and quality assurance frameworks.
• Drive test readiness across environments, integrations, test data and dependencies.
• Manage defects, risks and issue resolution to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Program Managers, Architects, Product Owners, vendors and business SMEs.
• Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Support the growth and capability of the wider testing team.
