Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking experienced Test Analysts in Docklands, Melbourne, to support Project Suede with UKG Pro WFM and SAP SuccessFactors. You will design and execute tests, manage defects and guide users through UAT, ensuring payroll, rostering and workforce systems meet requirements.

The role requires testing expertise, strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder communication across Payroll, People Systems and Operations. 12-month contracts; on-site work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing, including test case design and defect management.
• Experience testing Payroll, HRIS or Workforce Management implementations.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements and designs into traceable test scenarios and end-to-end test cases.
• Execute SIT, UAT and payroll-related test cycles; manage defects and evidence.
• Guide business users through UAT and payroll parallel validation sessions.
