Job summary

Granite Group is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the PayTAM program across Melbourne and Sydney. The role focuses on testing payroll and time and attendance systems, with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP experience.

You will collaborate with business, technology and delivery teams to plan and execute testing and ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements. The position is contract-based in Melbourne/Sydney with exposure to large enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Senior Test Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on testing for Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and data integrations.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end, integration, functional and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience testing Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, employee master data and payroll-related integrations.
