Job summary

Granite Group is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the PayTAM program across Melbourne and Sydney. The role focuses on testing payroll and time and attendance systems, with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP experience.

You will collaborate with business, technology and delivery teams to plan and execute testing and ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements. The position is contract-based in Melbourne/Sydney with exposure to large enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Senior Test Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on testing for Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and data integrations.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end, integration, functional and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the PayTAM Program in Melbourne/Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a testing professional with strong experience across Payroll and Time & Attendance, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will work closely with business, technology and delivery teams to plan and execute testing across payroll and time-related systems, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet business and regulatory requirements.
