Job summary

UST in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Software Testing professional to lead quality assurance for large Workday implementation projects. You will develop test plans, governance, and entry/exit criteria, and oversee end-to-end testing across integration, data migration, security, and performance.

The role requires 6+ years in software testing with Workday payroll, absence, and scheduling modules; familiarity with test automation and SDLC/Agile.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• Strong experience in Workday with Payroll/Absence/Scheduling modules.
• Experience in Test Automation on Web and API projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test Plan, governance model, quality gates, entry/exit criteria and test assurance approach.
• Support planning and execution across system integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, data migration, security/authorization, performance, cutover rehearsal and post-deployment validation.
• Participate in defect triage and quality reviews; report progress, coverage, defect trends, risks and release readiness to program leadership, with clear go-live recommendations.
• Support cutover, hypercare, knowledge transfer and transition of the regression pack and test operating model to BAU teams.
