Job summary

Davidson is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a broader transformation team and support the testing and implementation of a new payroll and workforce management solution.

The role focuses on testing across payroll, workforce management, timesheeting and time & attendance, including integrations and end-to-end processes. SAP ECP/SAP Payroll experience is highly preferred, with strong collaboration across business, payroll and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experienced Test Analyst with a strong background in payroll, HR or workforce management environments.
• Ideally bring SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP Payroll experience.
• Strong payroll systems testing experience.
• Experience testing end-to-end payroll processes and system integrations.
• Experience across large-scale payroll or HR transformation programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Test across payroll, workforce management, timesheeting and time & attendance, including integrations.
• Support testing activities and validate system functionality to ensure accurate payroll outcomes.
• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.

Our client is a large enterprise organisation undertaking a major payroll and workforce management transformation program. The program will deliver a new payroll and workforce management solution across a complex enterprise environment, supporting critical payroll, time and attendance processes and integrations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join the broader transformation team and support the testing and implementation of the new payroll and workforce management solution.

The role will focus on testing across payroll, workforce management, timesheeting and time & attendance, including the integrations and end-to-end processes that connect these systems.

Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP Payroll is highly preferred, with candidates who have worked across large payroll or HR transformation programs particularly well suited.

You will work closely with business, payroll and technology stakeholders to support testing activities, identify and manage defects, validate system functionality and help ensure the solution delivers accurate end-to-end payroll outcomes.

About You

You will be an experienced Test Analyst with a strong background in payroll, HR or workforce management environments. Ideally, you will bring:

• SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP Payroll experience - highly preferred
• Strong payroll systems testing experience
• Experience with timesheeting, time & attendance or workforce management solutions
• Experience testing end-to-end payroll processes and system integrations
• Experience across large-scale payroll, HR or workforce transformation programs
