Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a prominent healthcare business undertaking a significant UKG implementation in Melbourne. We are seeking experienced Test Analysts to support SIT, UAT and parallel payroll testing across Payroll, Time & Attendance and HRIS.

You will lead testing across the lifecycle, validate complex payroll scenarios, and collaborate with payroll SMEs and project stakeholders to ensure accurate functionality and successful cutovers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Test Analyst in Payroll or HRIS environments.
• Extensive SIT, UAT and/or parallel payroll testing experience.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, calculations and award interpretation.
• Experience testing complex system implementations or transformations.
• Strong test planning, execution, reconciliation and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts and scenarios
• Support SIT, UAT and parallel payroll testing
• Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing
• Test Payroll, Time & Attendance and HRIS functionality
• Validate payroll calculations, award interpretation and complex employee scenarios
• Analyse parallel testing results and investigate variances
• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution
• Work closely with payroll SMEs, technical teams and project stakeholders
• Support testing through key implementation, cutover and release milestones

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Test Analysts to support a large UKG implementation across Payroll, Time & Attendance and HRIS. You'll work across the testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT and parallel payroll testing, validating complex payroll scenarios, award interpretation and system functionality alongside payroll, systems and project stakeholders.

Duties

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Test Analyst within Payroll, Time & Attendance or HRIS environments
• Strong experience across SIT, UAT and/or parallel payroll testing
• Good understanding of payroll processes, calculations and award interpretation
• Experience testing complex system implementations or transformations
• Strong test planning, execution, reconciliation and defect management capability
• UKG experience will be highly regarded
• Experience with JIRA and TestAssure is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
