Job summary

REMONDIS Australia is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across a defined NSW territory from our St Mary's office. You will connect customers with sustainable waste management solutions, win new business and protect existing accounts.

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will use CRM tools to manage leads and service opportunities, deliver compelling presentations with PowerPoint, and collaborate with operations to meet service deadlines in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in winning new business and retaining accounts.
• Strong communication and consultative sales approach.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable new business opportunities to achieve budgetary objectives.
• Maintain existing client base through direct contact with client representatives.
• Maintain customer loyalty through sales call planning for renewals.
• Seek and extend REMONDIS services through current clients.
• Provide professional customer service and complete administrative duties on time.
• Develop systems to respond to sales leads and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records for customers and prospects.
• Provide commercial waste removal and management solutions as required.
• Liaise with Operations to meet service deadlines and needs.
