Job summary

Peters Ice Cream by PFD Food Services is seeking a Cash Van Sales Representative to own an Adelaide territory, visit customers and grow sales. This hands-on, road-based role goes beyond traditional deliveries with autonomy to plan your day and deliver excellent service.

Previous sales or merchandising experience helps, but full training is provided. You’ll build relationships, manage stock on your van and represent a trusted national brand in the local foodservice market.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, route sales, merchandising, delivery or customer service.
• Able to start conversations, build rapport and identify customer needs.
• MR licence or learner MR; licence support may be available.
• Comfort working to weekly rhythms and KPIs with autonomy.
• Strong planning, record-keeping and follow-through.
• Resilience and a customer-focused growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Service an established customer territory and build long-term relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and increase product distribution.
• Sell and deliver Peters products directly from the cash van.
• Manage vehicle stock levels and maintain accurate sales records.
• Replenish customer freezers and maintain merchandising standards.
• Work to weekly sales rhythms and KPIs, planning your day.
• Provide a positive customer experience at every visit.
• Collaborate with the Peters team to meet business objectives.
