Job summary

PFD Food Services in Australia is seeking a Cash Van Sales Representative to own a Perth territory, build customer relationships and drive Peters Ice Cream sales on the road. This role is not a desk job; you will visit customers, manage stock on your van, merchandise products and pursue growth opportunities while meeting weekly KPIs.

Previous sales experience is preferred, with full training provided. You will work with a supportive team in a large national foodservice business offering ongoing

Qualifications

• Previous sales, route sales, merchandising or customer service experience; full training available for the right candidate.
• Ability to start conversations, build rapport and identify customer needs.
• MR licence or learner MR required or supported to obtain.
• Autonomy to manage daily schedule while hitting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Servicing an established customer territory and building long-term relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and increase product distribution within accounts.
• Sell and deliver Peters products directly from the cash van.
• Maintain vehicle stock levels and accurate sales/delivery records.
• Replenish customer freezers and uphold high merchandising standards.
• Work to weekly sales rhythms and KPIs while planning your day.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience at every visit.
• Collaborate with Peters team to maximize opportunities and meet business objectives.
