Job summary

PFD Food Services, in partnership with Peters Ice Cream, is seeking a Cash Van Sales Representative to own an Adelaide territory, visit customers, manage stock on the vehicle and merchandise products. You will build strong relationships and drive sales through direct delivery from the cash van.

The role offers an entry path into FMCG sales for road‑savvy individuals. Prior sales experience is helpful, and full training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, route sales, merchandising, delivery or customer service experience; full training is available for the right candidate.
• Confidence to start conversations, build rapport and identify customer needs.
• MR licence or learner MR; support may be available to obtain the licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing an established customer territory and building long-term relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and increase product distribution within existing accounts.
• Sell and deliver Peters products directly from the cash van.
• Manage vehicle stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Replenish customer freezers and maintain high merchandising standards.
• Work to weekly sales rhythms and KPIs while planning and managing your day.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience at every visit.
• Collaborate with Peters team to maximise opportunities and achieve business objectives.
