Job summary

Veolia NSW is seeking an experienced Account Manager to nurture long-term client relationships across a defined territory, expanding Veolia’s service offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction. Based in Arndell Park, you will develop a deep understanding of your customers and the marketplace to identify opportunities and drive value for both clients and Veolia.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Business or equivalent workplace experience.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar Account Manager role.
• Desirable experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales revenue and maintain margins.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with short, medium and long-term prospects.
• Adhere to sales processes and expectations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and marketplace within the defined territory.
• Identify new development opportunities and act per Veolia policy.
• Monitor customer satisfaction to provide quality service.
• Identify and re-sign expired agreements in the territory.
