Veolia ANZ is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Environmental Services team based in Brisbane North, from Geebung to Cabulture. You’ll drive new business development across the Brisbane North region, identifying waste management opportunities for SME customers while building meaningful customer relationships to create long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating CRM systems; Salesforce is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and expand existing accounts in Brisbane North through strategic prospecting and relationships.
• Visit customers to build relationships, identify growth opportunities and provide tailored waste management solutions.
• Prepare quotations, complete online risk assessments and manage customer information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to set up services and activate them seamlessly.
• Monitor customer activity, analyse data and resolve issues to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Work with Operations to deliver safe, high-quality service outcomes.
