QT Gold Coast is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive conference and events revenue through proactive sales, site inspections and strong client relationships. You will build a robust pipeline, respond to enquiries with compelling proposals, and collaborate with the hotel team to secure new business.

The role requires experience in hotel, conferencing or events sales, a proactive approach, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through proactive sales calls, site inspections and networking.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of C&E leads and opportunities.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and issue contracts.
• Host clients and conduct site inspections to secure business.
• Grow and retain key accounts through great service and regular contact.
• Represent QT Gold Coast at industry and networking events.
• Keep CRM records and reporting accurate and up to date.
• Liaise closely with the Director of Sales, C&E Manager and wider hotel team.
