Syngenta Professional Solutions seeks a Territory Sales Manager – Professional Pest Management (PPM) to grow sales, market share and customer demand in NSW or Victoria, with a home-office capable, field-based role.

You will drive annual targets across Pest and Rural Pest portfolios, build key relationships and execute strategic plans, collaborating with Technical Services, Marketing, Supply and the wider sales team for a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven record of growing a territory.
• Knowledge of pest management, pests and chemical applications; timber pest experience is advantageous.
• Experience in key account management, call-cycle planning and territory planning.
• Strong selling, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and business tools including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel extensively and operate effectively from a home office.

Responsabilités

• Deliver annual sales and distribution targets across the Professional Pest and Rural Pest portfolios.
• Build trusted relationships with distributor branches, pest management businesses, rural retailers, key accounts and end users.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, territory plans and disciplined customer call cycles.
• Drive product trial, switching, adoption and advocacy through customer engagement, demonstrations, training and commercial initiatives.
• Partner with Technical Services, Marketing, Supply and the wider sales team to deliver a strong and innovative presence in the market.
• Represent Syngenta at industry events, workshops, seminars and trade shows, including delivering technical presentations.
• Use Salesforce and sales analytics to manage customer activity, monitor performance and provide timely market and competitor insights.
• Identify and progress business development opportunities with targeted commercial and government prospects.
