Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales, ideally orthopaedics or related fields.
• Proven track record in sales performance and territory growth.
• Ability to build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a metropolitan Melbourne territory and drive sales growth in hip and knee reconstruction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide product and procedural support during primary and revision joint replacement surgeries.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Achieve territory sales targets and contribute to overall business performance.
• Collaborate with clinical support teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Participate in on-call roster to support urgent cases, including weekends.
