Job summary

You will collaborate with surgeons and the Regional Sales Manager to align clinical priorities with business objectives while ensuring high-quality patient care across Melbourne Metro.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical expertise in Joint Reconstruction.
• Proficiency with VELYSTM Robotic-Assisted Solution preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VIC Joint Reconstruction Clinical team, building capability and high performance.
• Ensure strong clinical support and case coverage across VIC by optimising resources.
• Oversee clinical operations, recruitment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with surgeons, customers and Regional Sales Manager to align clinical resources and drive business execution.
