Stryker Corporation in Perth seeks an Associate Territory Manager to join the Joint Replacement team. This role blends clinical theatre support with advanced medical device technologies, including Mako, and offers a clear pathway to Territory Manager.

Ideal candidates are technically minded, eager to learn, and capable of building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff while planning and executing territory strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong technical mindset to learn complex medical systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clinical teams.
• Experience creating, planning and executing structured plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work theatre environments.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
• Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
• Plan territory strategies with the Territory Manager
• Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals
• Prepare for cases, manage instruments and support set logistics
• Stay current with new technologies and industry developments
