Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Joint Replacement to support hip and knee procedures in Canberra and surrounding areas. You will work with experienced Territory Managers, gaining clinical and commercial experience and mastering MAKO robotic-assisted technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a health or related field.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel across Canberra region.
• Experience or comfort working in operating theatres or clinical settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with surgeons and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
• Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
• Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
• Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
• Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or related
