Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Gold Coast, QLD, to support hip and knee replacement procedures and provide clinical and technical assistance in operating theatres. You will learn MAKO robotic-assisted surgery and collaborate with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.

Ideal candidates will have a health sciences or related degree and a willingness to travel regularly within the Gold Coast region, with exposure to orthopedic surgery and implant logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
• Ability to work in operating theatre environments.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
• Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
• Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
• Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
• Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline.
