Job summary

Bega Group in NSW is seeking a Territory Manager to service the Central Coast and lower Newcastle, delivering sales targets and building relationships with a diverse customer base. You will drive profitable growth through territory planning, in-store execution, and the promotion of our iconic brands across spreads, dairy and beverages.

Based in or around the Central Coast, you’ll join a fast-paced FMCG sales team, collaborate across functions, and implement promotional programs while expanding

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG sales is highly regarded
• hospitality, retail or operational leadership experience considered
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to engage with a range of stakeholders
• Open to new strategies to maximise sales and develop opportunities

• Drive fridge utilisation, share of shelf and location management of fridges in store

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our NSW Sales Team as a Territory Manager, servicing a variety of customers and channels in the Central Coast area inclusive of lower Newcastle. In this role you’ll be responsible for delivering sales targets, building relationships with your called on customer base and driving profitable growth through effective territory planning and execution. As a key member of our Sales team, this role requires managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio. You will be selling in all our iconic brands inclusive of spreads, milk, milk-based beverages (and more!) to achieve key business objectives and priorities.
