Job summary

Benga Group operates a Bentley site in Perth manufacturing a range of milk and milk-based products. This fixed-term 12-month contract covers parental leave, with Monday to Saturday shifts on a rotating roster (Day: 5:30 AM–3:00 PM; Afternoon: 2:30 PM–12:00 AM).

• Accurate completion and recording of quality, testing, and production-related documents.
• Work efficiently to reduce downtime.
• Report safety incidents and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure production areas are cleaned to quality standards.

The Role

Our Bentley site located in Perth manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey, and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA. The team at Bentley is a multicultural and diverse bunch, spanning 20 countries from around the world! The site currently manufactures more than 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters! This is a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover parental leave. The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster, covering both day and afternoon shifts. Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities
