Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee a Central West NSW market including Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange and Cowra. You will grow sales, manage customer relationships and ensure brand visibility across our iconic portfolio of foods and beverages.

Based in the Central West with FMCG sales experience, you’ll work across multiple channels, plan territory activity and travel with overnight stays as needed. A strong communicator with a proactive mindset is essential.

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our NSW Sales Team as a Territory Manager, servicing a variety of customers and channels in the Central West area inclusive of Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange and Cowra, inclusive of overnight stays in nearby regions. In this role you'll be responsible for delivering sales targets, building relationships with your called on customer base and driving profitable growth through effective territory planning and execution.

As a key member of our Sales team, this role requires managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio. You will be selling in all our iconic brands inclusive of spreads, milk, milk-based beverages (and more!) to achieve key business objectives and priorities.

About you

• Based in or around the Central West region (Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange or Cowra), with FMCG sales experience or a background in hospitality, retail or general sales
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
• Open to try new strategies whilst challenging current ways of thinking to maximise sales and develop new opportunities
• Display high levels of teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets
