Job summary

Marsh seeks a Northern Territory Leader - Corporate & Commercial, based in Darwin. This senior role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office weekly, and involves leading client relationships, people leadership, and revenue growth across the Northern Territory.

Overseas candidates may be sponsored. You will drive strategy, manage major accounts, coach a team, and work with insurers and Marsh's global resources to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and relevant legislation.
• Proven experience managing key accounts and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership capable of engaging, coaching and developing others.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and delegation skills.
• Professional accreditations such as Tier 1 FSRA, The Institute, and NIBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marsh's Corporate & Commercial business across the Northern Territory, building market presence and sustainable growth.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate/ commercial clients with exceptional service and long-term relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop a team with clear direction, delegation and performance management.
• Drive business plans, revenue targets and profit objectives with budget discipline.
• Oversee renewal/broking strategies, claims management and client retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with insurers and Marsh's global resources to maximise client value and growth opportunities.
