Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ operational and financial experience in the insurance broking industry.
• Proven communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the annual vision and strategy for the Corporate and Commercial regional business segment.
• Drive organic profitable growth through clear targets and initiatives.
• Strengthen client service and engagement to support retention and relationships.
• Lead regional performance against revenue, NOI, budget and scorecard measures.
• Build market presence and trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to leadership forums and ensure strategic priorities are reflected.
