Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for NSW North to drive growth in the Out of Home channel. You will acquire new accounts, expand distribution, and manage a healthy sales pipeline across Northern Beaches, North Sydney and Central Coast.

You will operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment, focusing on ROI, in-store execution, and strong customer partnerships, with CRM, data-driven decisions and a passion for ice cream.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and territory management in an autonomous, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management.
• Negotiation and problem-solving.
• CRM database management.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers across the territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and territory targets.
• Grow sales within existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and manage a healthy new business pipeline.
• Maximise opportunities across Out of Home brands.
• Ensure data is maintained and updated via CRM system.
