Job summary

Acadian Plant Health APH is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead strategic and tactical sales efforts within the assigned territory. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and aligning with the company’s business plan across the Sydney region.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the Regional Commercial VP and cross-functional teams, maintain strong customer engagement, and ensure execution of the annual business plan while upholding

Qualifications

• English language proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of agricultural markets and issues in the territory is required – Ag Chem, Fertilizer, Crop Protection markets.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations are required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and capture business opportunities in coordination with the Regional Commercial VP and stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders in the territory.
• Design and conduct a comprehensive direct sales plan focused on revenue, market share and profit growth.
• Monitor territory business plan progress and adjust strategies to meet key goals.
• Support corporate culture, health & safety, and environmental objectives through leadership and collaboration.
• Take ownership for sales activities in the business plan and coordinate timelines with stakeholders.
• Perform administrative duties to operate the territory in a service-oriented manner.
