Job summary

Frozen Distributor Network in Canberra is seeking a Delivery Driver/Customer Service Representative for a full-time role. You will join a dynamic team delivering Streets and Ben & Jerry's ice cream across Canberra, Goulburn, Yass and surrounding regions while building lasting customer relationships.

The position combines on-the-road service with hands-on merchandising, using a handheld device for orders and sales support. Monday to Friday shifts with early starts and potential career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current MR truck license or higher with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Solid experience in customer service essential; ability to operate a handheld device and solve problems on the go.
• Know Canberra, Goulburn, Yass and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ice cream on set runs across Canberra, Goulburn, Yass and surrounding regions.
• Service new and existing customers and build strong relationships.
• Promote brands and merchandise stock to look its best.
• Engage with customers and support on-the-ground sales activities.
