Job summary

Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking an Account Manager to join the Ballina team and own customer relationships and growth across the Northern Rivers and Northern NSW region. You will manage an existing base and uncover new opportunities with builders, trades, developers, homeowners and industry partners.

Your day-to-day includes meeting customers, visiting sites, coordinating with internal teams for solutions, and identifying next steps with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, sales or relationship-based selling.
• Experience in building, construction or manufacturing is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers across the Northern Rivers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
• Grow sales and achieve agreed targets and KPIs.
• Be a trusted point of contact for customers throughout their projects.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right window and door solutions.
• Work with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and opportunities in the local market.
