Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years administrative experience (required).
• Class MR (Medium Rigid) heavy vehicle license (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in a similar role within a school (advantageous).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational capability.
• A commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth.
• Candidates shortlisted for interview will be expected to provide a Working With Children Check clearance number or clearance letter and must be able to live and work in NSW.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the administrative requirements for CSSA, HZSA, and CIS Sport for College students (K-12).
• Manage logistics for weekly sporting competitions, College sports carnivals, and events.
• Include a sports coach component (e.g., soccer, netball, and/or cricket).
