Job summary

Nambour Christian College is seeking an Administration Assistant – SCISSA and Afterschool Sport to support the Director of Sport and the College Sports Department with the efficient administration of SCISSA, Afterschool Sport competitions and programs, and the Junior SCISSA and Years 1–3 Sport Program.

This is a Fixed Term, 1 Year Contract, part-time, term-time-only role commencing January 2027, working to ensure staff, students and families are informed and prepared for training, events and

Responsibilities

• Assist with student permissions, staff folders, transport and venue bookings.
• Coordinate team logistics, sport records and results.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and promotional material for sport programs.
• Maintain timely, professional communication across the College community.
• Support the Director of Sport and Sports Department in SCISSA, Afterschool and Junior Sport programs.
