Job summary

Schneider Electric Australia is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to drive competitive tenders for complex MV and LV power system projects. You will lead multi‑disciplinary bids, coordinate with factories, legal, supply chain, engineering, sales and finance, and craft technically robust and commercially compelling proposals.

In this role, you will assess risks, optimize solutions, and support negotiations while ensuring a smooth handover to execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tender processes for MV/LV power systems.
• Strong technical and commercial proposal development.
• Ability to coordinate with factories, legal, supply chain, engineering, sales and finance.

Responsibilities

• Leading the overall tender process from opportunity review through to handover.
• Reviewing project and customer requirements to develop strong technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders including factories, legal, supply chain, engineering, sales and finance teams.
• Conducting detailed risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Developing optimised solutions technically, financially and logistically.
• Drive customer-centric proposals with clear differentiation and value proposition.
• Supporting negotiations where required and contributing to broader project strategy.
• Ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of awarded projects into the execution phase.
• Balancing commercial performance while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
