Job summary

CV Services is seeking a Bids and Proposals Engineer to join our Brisbane engineering team. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers and Design Managers to prepare accurate, commercially competitive tender submissions for HV, LV and renewable energy infrastructure projects.

Based in Brisbane, you will review tender docs, develop cost estimates, obtain supplier quotes, identify risks and coordinate submissions from receipt to handover, delivering compliant proposals across private HV/LV,

Qualifications

Electrical engineering qualification or related discipline.
Experience in estimating and tender preparation.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and scopes.
Strong commercial acumen and cost estimation experience.
Proficiency with Excel and Word; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and client requirements.
Develop detailed cost estimates, pricing schedules and commercial submissions.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Identify project risks, opportunities, assumptions and exclusions.
Prepare tender methodologies, programs and supporting documentation.
Coordinate tender submissions from initial receipt through to successful handover.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
