Job summary

Believe Housing Australia, part of the AnglicareSA family, is seeking a Tenant Review & Engagement Officer to listen to tenants and turn feedback into practical service improvements in Adelaide. You’ll combine community engagement, research and data analysis to support tenant surveys, consultations and tenant-led review groups.

You’ll work across teams to identify trends, propose changes and help tenants contribute to decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, customer experience, tenant services, research, service improvement or a similar role where you've used feedback and information to improve outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret survey results, identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Proficiency with data, digital systems and Microsoft Office applications to maintain records, monitor outcomes and prepare reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse people and encouraging meaningful participation.

Responsibilities

• Turn feedback into action by designing and coordinating tenant surveys, consultations, focus groups and other engagement activities; analyze results to identify trends and inform improvements.
• Strengthen the tenant voice by developing and improving tenant review processes and supporting tenant-led groups; facilitate meetings and support participation.
• Use data to drive better outcomes by tracking tenant feedback, monitoring service performance and measuring impact of changes.
• Research and improve services by investigating housing trends and best practice to inform policy and delivery recommendations.
• Build connections and share insights by communicating findings through reports, presentations and newsletters.
