Job summary

Havelock Housing Limited is seeking an empathetic property professional to support tenants with vulnerable housing needs and improve their housing outcomes across a community-focused remit.

You will work closely with participants, coordinators, and allied health providers to ensure safe, accessible housing and coordinated support. Prior experience in community settings is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and person-centered service.

Qualifications

• A strong passion for helping people and improving housing outcomes.
• Experience working with vulnerable housing or community clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with NDIS environments and collaboration with support coordinators.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and services.

Responsibilities

• Support tenants and participants to sustain tenancies and access services.
• Collaborate with support coordinators, occupational therapists, and disability providers.
• Assist with property modifications and accessibility needs as required.

Knowledge or experience relating to disability modifications, accessibility requirements and reasonable adjustments within residential properties, including coordinating or supporting property modifications.
