SGCH is seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager in St Leonards, NSW to lead tenant relations, manage day-to-day tenancy matters and connect tenants with essential services. This contract role through 28 November 2026 focuses on sustainable tenancies, service excellence, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

As a Tenancy Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our tenants, ensuring their needs are met with care, respect, and efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in supporting sustainable tenancies by managing day-to-day tenancy matters while connecting tenants to services that improve their wellbeing. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine strong property/tenancy management skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
