SGCH is seeking a Tenancy Manager to be the primary contact for our tenants, managing day-to-day tenancy matters and linking tenants to services that improve wellbeing. This contract role runs until 15 January 2027 and is based between our Liverpool, Bonnyrigg and Fairfield offices with travel to other SGCH offices as required.
You will handle rent arrears, prepare cases for NCAT hearings, conduct home visits and work with internal and external partners to resolve tenancy issues.
