SGCH Group is seeking a Tenancy Manager to lead tenancy operations across NSW. You will be the primary contact for tenants, ensuring timely resolution of issues and connecting residents to supportive services. The role emphasizes compassionate service delivery and community wellbeing.
This contract position runs to 28 November 2026, based at St Leonards with travel to SGCH sites as required. A strong background in tenancy management and NSW tenancy knowledge is essential.

As a Tenancy Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our tenants, ensuring their needs are met with care, respect, and efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in supporting sustainable tenancies by managing day-to-day tenancy matters while connecting tenants to services that improve their wellbeing.
