Job summary

Anglicare Sydney's Rooty Hill residential care home seeks a Care Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight of care delivery, partnering with the Residential Manager, RNs and allied health staff to ensure safe, person-centred care.

You will lead care planning, outcomes monitoring and quality improvement while supporting staff development and family engagement in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
  • 5 years of clinical assessment, care planning and governance knowledge.
  • Leadership experience in aged or residential care; multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of high-quality clinical care and positive resident outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor and develop Registered Nurses and Allied Health staff.
