Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking an enthusiastic Assets Program Analyst to develop the quality capital works programs for infrastructure and Public Spaces assets, ensuring outcomes align with Council requirements and community needs.

The successful candidate will hold professional qualifications in Civil engineering or Asset Management, possess strong technical renewal design knowledge, and have extensive experience in road, building and public spaces program development.

Qualifications

• Professional tertiary qualifications in Civil engineering or Asset Management.
• Sound technical knowledge of renewal treatment design, construction and maintenance.
• Extensive experience in Road infrastructure, Buildings and Public Spaces capital work program development.
• Experience in preparing technical specifications, cost estimates and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality capital works programs for infrastructure and Public Spaces assets.
• Coordinate with departments to meet Council requirements and timelines.
• Supervise consultants and contractors and manage budgets.
