Campbelltown City Council is seeking an enthusiastic Assets Program Analyst to develop quality capital works programs for infrastructure and Public Spaces Assets in Campbelltown NSW. You will drive Council requirements, deliver outcomes on time and within budget, and supervise consultants and contractors.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and proficient data and cost management skills, with a focus on customer service values and collaborative teamwork within

Qualifications

• Professional tertiary qualifications in Civil engineering or Asset Management.
• Sound technical knowledge of renewal treatment design, construction and maintenance.
• Extensive experience in Road infrastructure, Buildings and Public Spaces capital work program development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks within strict deadlines, deliver identified outcomes and within budget.
• Extensive experience in preparing technical specifications, cost estimates and contract management.
• Experience in supervising consultants and contractors.
• Ability to communicate with others across departments verbally and in writing to meet requirements of the role.
• Ability to analyse problems by gathering information and develop a solution (in line with role responsibilities).
• Sound computer skills in relation to data collection, manipulation and data presentation using Excel, Access, Word, Microsoft Project, Assets and Pavement Management Systems.
• Current Class C drivers licence.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing excellent customer service and a highly developed understanding of customer service principles.
