Job summary

Telstra Retail is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Consultant (Expression of Interest) to join the team across Atherton, Cairns, Earlville and Smithfield. You will delight customers with outstanding service and help identify Telstra products to enhance their telecommunications experience.

As a friendly, knowledgeable tech expert, you’ll guide customers, contribute to a positive store culture, and work toward achieving sales KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer journey.

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
