Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) in Melbourne—Burwood East—invites a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the Telephony Replacement Project. The role delivers administrative and governance support to the Senior Project Manager and team, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and delivery within TZV and government frameworks.

You will assist end-to-end procurement, maintain schedules and risk registers, draft status reports/minutes, manage budgets and invoices, and help deliver a high-quality ICT

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and team to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of the Telephony Replacement Project.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes—including RFT preparation, supplier engagement, evaluations, contract documentation, and approvals—in compliance with TZV, Victorian Government, and DTF HVHR frameworks.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action registers, providing regular updates and escalating potential risks or delays to the Senior Project Manager.
• Coordinate governance activities under the TZV Project Management Framework (PMF), including drafting status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and decision registers.
• Support cost control by tracking budget expenditure, maintaining financial records, and assisting with forecasts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
