Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide coordination, administrative and governance support to the Telephony Replacement Project. The role is fixed-term and based in Burwood East, offering a salary of AU$102,731 per year plus 12% superannuation.

You will work with the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders to maintain schedules, manage procurement activities, and prepare governance and financial reports to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Formal PM qualification or equivalent recognized (PRINCE2/PMBOK)
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional project activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and team to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of the Telephony Replacement Project.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes including RFT preparation, supplier engagement, evaluations, contract documentation and approvals.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies and action registers, providing regular updates and escalating risks or delays.
• Coordinate governance activities under the TZV PMF, including drafting status reports, agendas, minutes and decision registers.
• Support cost control by tracking budget expenditure, maintaining financial records and assisting with forecasts, purchase orders and invoice processing.
