Job summary

GemLife is seeking an experienced Telehandler & Excavator Operator to join QA Build (GemLife) Heritage Park Residential Construction team as a Labourer Operator. The role covers machinery operation and light labouring on our luxury resort project in Queensland.

Candidates must hold CN, Telehandler and Excavator licenses, White Card, and a valid Australian manual license. The position is casual with potential for permanent employment, with overtime and allowances.

Qualifications

• White Card (Construction Industry Card) required.
• Australian manual driver's license required.
• CN License required.
• Telehandler License required.
• Excavator License required.
• Any other Plant Operating tickets are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• All pre-starts on machinery.
• Taking direction and being proactive about what is required for the role.
• Precise in excavation work.
• Diligent about Health and Safety.
• Ensure the site is clean and tidy.

QA Build is a leading construction company working within GemLife with a long pipeline of work with resorts located in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. This is a casual position, that will lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• All pre-starts on machinery
• Taking direction and proactive in understanding what is required for the role
• Precise in excavation
• Diligent about Health and Safety
• Ensuring that the site is always clean and tidy

Requirements:
