Job summary

GemLife Administration Pty Ltd, through QA Build, is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join a brand-new GemLife community in New Gisborne. This casual role offers pathways to permanent employment on a major residential development with approximately 250 homes and long-term stability.

You will hold a Construction Industry White Card, excavator and skid steer tickets, a valid Australian driver’s licence, reliable transport, and a proven track record in site labouring, safety focus, and a strong work

Qualifications

• Construction Industry White Card is required.
• Excavator and skid steer operating tickets are preferred.
• Current Australian driver's licence with reliable transport.
• Previous construction Labouring experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Positive attitude and willingness to get involved.

Responsibilities

• General construction labouring duties.
• Operating excavators and skid steers.
• Assisting trades and site supervisors.
• Site establishment, preparation and ongoing maintenance.
• Loading, unloading and movement of materials.
• General housekeeping and site clean-up.
• Maintaining safe work practices and complying with site safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Construction Industry White Card
