Established in 1997, we are a local family‑owned telecommunications cabling business in Ballarat. We continue this legacy under a new directorship, maintaining the local, family‑owned roots. One of our current directors was ‘the trainee’ and has taken on the responsibility of leading our team and quality culture for the last 3 years. We are proud of our high‑quality installations. Our initial investment in growth has reached a point where we are seeking 1–2 like‑minded individuals to join the team. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to join us as we grow together.
Worker safety and developing a strong, positive culture are our absolute top priorities. Along with our RDOs and above‑award rates (with extra remuneration available for specific projects, high performers, and mentors), we actively support you through the genuine demands of the job. We aim for routine toolbox meetings as well as informal ‘check‑ins’ with every employee. These give our employees the opportunity to give feedback to the directors, be informed/consulted with changes in the workplace and devise an employee focused plan to track their progress. We encourage everyone to contribute if they have an idea or comment in a supportive environment that enables people to share freely if they want to.
Project requirements can range from occasional night shifts to longer interstate rollouts. During the planning stage with clients, we will work with you to facilitate your respite breaks within their deadline or advocate for an adjusted date if possible. We ensure adequate staffing, so you never feel unsupported or at high risk of burnout. Post‑project, we debrief to discuss any difficulties and opportunities to improve our processes.
Safety isn't just talk here; we recently underwent a 3rd‑party Work Health and Safety audit through WorkSafe Victoria and partnered with AP Psychology to develop a comprehensive Psychosocial Workplace Hazards policy. We also work continuously with our external cybersecurity provider to protect employee and client data well above standard regulations. Additionally, we have invested in Job Management Software, Xero and Microsoft Business to keep you connected on site at the job, supported in day‑to‑day workflow and manage your timesheets.
